No one exercise has been proven to be superior to another. When selecting the right exercise program for you, you should do something that you enjoy! If the exercise of your choice is of moderate aerobic intensity, aim to do at least 150 minutes every week. If you prefer to do a vigorous aerobic work-out, 75 minutes per week is an appropriate goal.
