Fiber is beneficial to your health. Fiber is in fruits, vegetables, juice, legumes (ex beans, peas), and grains. An easy way to increase the amount of fiber in your diet is to eat whole grains (ex whole wheat bread, brown rice, oats) instead of refined grains (ex white bread, white rice).
