New device shows promise for treating opioid withdrawal symptoms

This week, the FDA approved a wearable device that could reduce opioid withdrawal symptoms by up to 84.6%.  The NSS-2 BRIDGE device’s microneedle arrays target the user’s cranial nerves to provide relief in as little as 60 minutes.
