Microsoft to create eyeglasses that gauge blood pressure

Microsoft has filed a patent for eyeglasses with monitors capable of tracking blood pressure. The sensor in the glasses would have the benefit of requiring no user input or behavior changes during regular activities. The device, named Glabella, rivals those from other tech giants such as Apple, Amazon and Google and Samsung which suggests a major industry shift in the use of wearable health monitoring.
