Could Ultrasound be our new Screening Method for Zika-Related Brain Injuries?

Published in JAMA Pediatrics, Prenatal and postnatal ultrasonography alone, when compared to combining ultrasound to MRI, was found to detect most abnormalities associated with Zika virus in infants and fetuses. Could this improve accessibility to screening methods to more patients?
